Interesting as right now they're talking about swearing before the watershed.. hmm..where has that been mentioned recently.
No idea where Terry's gone, perhaps he doesn't want to host POV anymore.

Perhaps he's has nervous breakdown after commentating on Eurovision, and is busy writing Janet & John stories to aid his recovery.

They were just discussing the mystery whistler on
Friday Night with Jonathan Ross
and
Any Dream Will Do
. I remember hearing the same whistling on
Robot Wars
in its original BBC2 run.

Someone phoned asking why they can use the f-word on The Apprentice at 9pm but not on Have I Got News For You. They had someone saying that they it depends on if it is editorially acceptable. Now i don't see how Have I Got News For You which is aimed at adults and has topics that only older people would care about is censored yet The Apprentice which the BBC has admitted attracts alot of younger viewers can be uncensored.

True, it would actualy work better the other way round IMHO

Interesting how when Peter Fincham was asked whether credit squeezing would be stopped if lots of people complained, he said something roughly along the lines of
"We don't want to move forward [with ECPs] too fast, but we don't want to stay the same [credits-only] forever"
Now that's all very well, but it didn't answer the question.
