Pointless quiz show question

Hello, on yesterday's Pointless during round one a different question to the one being played appeared on the screen during an exchange between Alexander and a contestant, briefly and only once for a few seconds.

Now... If it had been a completely different question I would have assumed that they'd just cut in AA's response from a different part of the recording to create an edit point, but as it's a similar question with crossover answers to the one being played they can't have already played it as a nerve-calming fake first round to ease the players in so what's the deal? Anyone have any theories?

Possibly a last minute change on set, and then when it came to retakes they forgot to change it?

The WXYZ question can also be seen - just - in one of the wide shots before the first answer.

Presumably something went wrong during filming - maybe someone pushed the wrong button and flashed the pointless answers up before they'd finished the round, or someone came up with an answer that had been missed out of the question compiler's workings, or used a technically incorrect but widely recognised spelling. Could be anything along those lines that might invalidate the round or give an unfair advantage to one of the teams.
