Yes, that line was always bleeped and was bleeped on purpose. To be honest I think it works better bleeped - it's more surprising

And the 1997 Xmas special features plenty of beeped F words in the opening scene too. It'sall done as a joke. I remember a similar thing in an ep of Birds of a Feather as well.

Well thank goodness it turns out not to be a UK Gold Policy, as the F-word went out in its full uncensored glory on last night's repeat of "2 Pints".

As for the word always being bleeped out in '95, the scriptwriters should have been made aware of this and they should have used a different word instead. It would be much better than to use a word that is only going to have to be bleeped in post-production.

The BEEP is actually the joke! They said f*ck intentionally so they could put the beep in!
