Same here. A poll had been there before, with the option to revert to the standard welcome message with PM info. Now it's a blank space.

I've sent an email to Asa regarding this, though I'm sure he'll spot the problem on his next login to the forums. It could be due to the poll ending which has caused the box to disappear.

As for changing to vBulletin? I personally prefer InfiniteCore http://www.infinitecore.com

Any chance of vBulletin in the near future? There's a porting utility that can be used to copy all the settings, posts and members over/// Laughing

Oh well, worth a shot!

Just done some searching around. If Asa is interested, vBulletin comes with "ImpEx" utility that ports everything over from PHPbb (any version) to vBulletin.

Members, posts, archives, boards, PMs. It's all sorted with no fuss or effort. The only thing that would change is the layout, but it's easy enough to code a good looking layout for vBulletin. I've read it took complete beginners less than an hour to convert their whole board - and memberlists (in some cases up to tens of thousands), plus hundreds of thousands of posts - to vBulletin.

Just a suggestion, but by no means should it be taken especially seriously Smile

The problem with vBulletin is ... the price - $160 ~ around £90 roughly!
