Please help

Hi,
I am desparetly trying to find the name of a series that went out last year (I think on BBC THREE). It was a formatted ob doc involving a business management guru going into a company and changing everything to stop the bitching, improve moral and increase profit. I think the expert was Scottish.

Can anyone help with the name? I was sure it was called the Negotiator but this doesnt show when searched. Another clue - one business was a car supermarket and another was a engravers.
