At the moment the plan is just to have the usual amount of games televised. I do hope though yesterday finally makes the Premier League see sense and make all matches on the final day available in the next rights round - it's been ridiculous that they've been available in other countries for years whilst here it was just two or three games most years. Be interesting actually to see the ratings for yesterday and how that broke down.
What I think really would be great is, even if the PL don’t make the games themselves available on the final day, they should at least allow “drop in” coverage (a la the BT Sport Goals Show for the Champions League). It’s my favoured way to watch the UEFA CL group stages now and MOTD has done highlights that way (at least for games that impact each other) for the last day for many years.
But, I've heard a limited number of supporters could be back in Premier League grounds from October 1st - which could mean the first two sets of fixtures could be accomodated on tv by throwing those 20 'non-quotas' to Sky, BT and Amazon.
The point fans are allowed back in, end of the every game live and back to the dark ages...
With the way COVID-19 is spreading over Europe again, I think that the October date will be pushed back.
Yes, sadly the Pick HD stream has now been turned off. Ah well, was nice while it lasted.
I thought they would have kept it full-time whilst showing some more Sky originals too (Chernobyl, Russell Howard Hour e.t.c.) It was ment to be a shop window for Sky, right? If so, why fill it with reruns of Caught Red Handed?

Because if you show all the Sky Originals on Pick there wouldn't be any point allocating the lion's share of the budget to Sky One in the first place.
