So is that the football done for now? Do we think Pick HD will close soon or will it stay on the air? Seems a shame to close it after bothering to set the HD version up for broadcast in the first place.
I doubt it’ll be closing. The new season starts on September 12th and it’ll be behind closed doors again so no doubt we’ll see all games televised again and the BBC and Amazon will get a few too. Pick will also show some undoubtedly. Until the fans are all allowed back in I expect this will be the case.
Sky haven't really advertised that Pick is broadcasting in HD, and the EPG descriptor has never changed, which does make me think that the moment the 'free football' ends, so will Pick HD.
Pick is quite a good channel. It has some decent programmes.

'The Athletic' reported a league source saying that next season, regardless of how many fans are in the stadiums, there won't be extra live games beyond the number originally sold to Sky, BT, and Amazon.
Things could change of course, but that seems to be the Premier League's stance at the moment.
But, I've heard a limited number of supporters could be back in Premier League grounds from October 1st - which could mean the first two sets of fixtures could be accomodated on tv by throwing those 20 'non-quotas' to Sky, BT and Amazon.
The point fans are allowed back in, end of the every game live and back to the dark ages...
