Unfortunately, my YouTube account has been deleted now, but I'll set up another one and upload it again.

Some misrable f***er always has to spoil it don't they Mad

I wouldn't mind, most fo the time with You Tube you can't a) save it to disk or b) the quality is so bad you wouldn't want to

Actually, it wasn't any of the comedy videos I don't think. The only things that kept getting removed were trailers for The Simpsons Movie, and stuff about Doctor Who. Other stuff seemed fine, so it shouldn't matter if I put them back up.

Ah I see, FOX strikes again Rolling Eyes Wink The amount of Family Guy/Star Wars/Doctor Who spoof videos that were removed once people got wind of them

It's such a short-sighted attitude. Do they not realise that people uploading and sharing clips of their shows is the most cost-effective form of promotion they could ever wish for?

I only discovered the genius of Family Guy through seeing clips on YouTube, and now I watch episodes regularly on FX as a result.

Fair enough if they get upset at people uploading full episodes - but surely short clips aren't going to harm anyone - if anything the opposite.

I read a brilliant Radio Times letter once that said that the reason the Dead Parrot sketch is so well remembered is that they didn't follow it up with the Dead Dog sketch, the Dead Goldfish sketch...

How true! I've laughed a few times at the PS Show, but there's a lot of self indulgent stuff in it. Always a worry, I think, when the main writer and the producer is closely related to the star (Peter's brother, in this case). Once upon a time, a producer was there to make objective judgements, not simply to giggle at his chum's jokes.
That Big Brother spoof in Ep1 was mildly funny the first time round, but increasingly tedious with each return visit. Likewise the home shopping Dracula routine in Ep2.
Flashes of brilliance, but a lot of dross along the way. Maybe it was always like that? Monty Python was certainly hit and miss. Little Britain too, though it was more hit to start with and simply ran out of steam once you knew what every character was going to say.
