Chest pain is the cardinal symptom of a heart attack.

I would think it's only 'suspected' as it's reasonably tricky to diagnose a second heart attack, especially if it's relatively minor, as most of the tests will already be deranged as a result of the first. Only if it's in a completely different part of the heart, or big enough to push some of the test wildly out of kilter can you ever really know what's going on - you just have to rely on a clinical diagnosis - hence "suspected heart attack".
