Wasn't Bradley Walsh going to host a chatshow in that slot? I'm sure Anthony Cotton was also meant to be doing the same

Antony Cottons show starts in Mid August.

has anyone heard about Alan Titchmarsh taking over Anthony Cotton on ITV in the Autumn?

According to The Daily Mirror's We Love Telly Magazine he is

Quote:
Corronation Street Star Anthony Tully begins a 25-part run as the host of a late afternoon chat show, keeping the seat warm for Alan Titchmarsh, who will take over the slot in the autumn.

So is Vernon Kay doing a show as well... suprising how Vernon and Alan took over for Paul when he took a break... cheap auditions for ITV Very Happy

Lorraine will be next, mark my words Laughing Michael Grade is reportedly "desperate" to sign POG up to replace Parky (not Tony Blair thankfully-- we don't want a repeat of Harold Wilson's efforts!).

The question is, will POG want to go back to ITV-- especially since Sky is offering £18million for him (supposedly)

I seem to remember Paul making a comment about Ireland being able to watch him when he moved to Channel 4 so was paul o grady boradcast to ireland when he was on ITV 1??? If not surely being on ITV decreases viewing figures compared to Channel 4?

Northern Ireland. UTV used to show The Planet's Funniest Animals followed by UTV Live in the 5-6pm slot

The new series will start on Monday 17th September. Interestingly that the show will return to air from The London Studios.

So is that where it came from on ITV?

Yep, The London Studios is basically the LWT studios. All of Paul's ITV shows were aired from there. When he jumped ship to Channel 4, ITV refused him and his crew to use their studios, thus moving to BBC TVC.
