Manchester have bid a couple of times and Birmingham once.


I meant 'we' as in London rather than 'we' as in the UK. (Though unless you're clairvoyant I've no idea how you'd have known that!)

Lets face it, London is the only UK city that would ever host it now. Especially as it seems to be more and more major cities such as Paris and New York bidding for it.
