Did anyone notice there wasn't a weather bulletin either during the 1 or immediately after it today? Anyones know why there wasn't? I notice Anna Ford has started to say: 'Hello, and welcome to the BBC news at 1'.

Sky News Overnight

Well... Sky News seem to have gone CSO/Virtual overnight. They are keying their normal set behind their presenter pretty well - but the lighting is harsher, and their is a just-noticable CSO edge, and a tiny blue fringe, around the presenter.

Spoof BBC News Website

Did anyone else see the spoof BBC News website? A few weeks back I was doing a search on the Queen Mother and came up with a copy of a BBC News web link (under a different URL obviously) which reported the death of the Queen Mum and made jokes about her drinking habits and hip replacements.

What is the general opinion on BBC's return to one presenter for their main news bulletins? Personally, I think the news is more interesting when there are two.

Who should take over 'This Morning'?

Richard and Judy are defecting to Channel 4 soon, who do you think should take over 'This Morning'. I think it should be Les Dennis and Amanda Holden I once saw them presenting it for a week a they were good at it.
