Life at TV Home?

'Good Evening...Good Evening.'

'Good Evening...Good Evening.' Those were the words said on the BBC News at 6 O'Clock tonight by Huw Edwards. Although I didn't see him say the first 'Good Evening' (as I was eating) I saw him say the second 'Good Evening' and smile a little.

If you have or could capture the new CBBC idents with all the old ones mixed together in mp3 I would be very grateful if you could share them with me. I think there are five mixs, an end mix, and the extended little kids idents with the old animations mixed with the Tweenies.

Came in from college today expecting to see new Studio or something anyways. All I saw was the glimpse of a change in the studio for sure (no panoramic view at the top of the hour - so I'm presuming they are in the new studio).

Breakfast with BBC World

Well that says it all. BBC World are advertsing the Three Hours of enchanced news in the morning here as a morning program around the world. Yes this is fine in europe, and I suppose 3 hours of absolutly brilliant news presentation is good but they really should do 3 or more World Todays every day.

9pm this evening on N24/World, there was a BBC News Special. Strangly, they played the N24 headline bed but used World News titles (although instead of saying just 'BBC News' at the end of the titles, it said 'BBC News Special').

I think that the BBC should use their Washington studios a bit more. They should use it for BBC World News a few times a day, like CNN used to do with their Washington studios.
