Big changes tomorrow then?

So tomorrow sees the launch of Granada Reports, BBC London News, possibly the relaunch of Lookaround (am I right on that?) the relaunch of Central News West, the launch of Sky Active, the relaunch of Sky News Active, and the launch of several new shopping channels.

Some people may not know this so I'mgoing to announce it. Sky One and Sky News will be free for all customers (digital and analogue) of NTL from October 1st (although Sky One has already been activated for most customers).

BBC WORLD Studio/Newsroom

I noticed today when I was watching BBC World News some strange monitors in the newsroom. The were doing an iterview with Anita McNaught. When the interviewee was on camera, the wall screens in the wall of the newsroom on the right of the studio had strange images on them.

BBC North West Tonight use proper end titles!!!

Due to the America situation, and having extended BBC News at Six bulletins, North West Tonight have had some new end titles made for them!! They use the 'new' end titles, like South Today and South East Today use, not like the Midlands Today and North West Today.

BBC LDN has launched!

What did you think? Jules Smiled her way through the bulletin and we even get a clip of the titles-BBC red ovals going past B&W picture films. The astons are red-shame we had to wait for 6:55 to see them! Lot's of red branding around-I like it.

Sky Business channel

I found a couple of months ago a search and scan banner with the channel name Sky Business (cant remember freq as i was just playing around). Sometimes it shows sky news and the rest of the time its a blank channel with the blue background and the sky business search and scan.
