Found this logo at Looks pretty official to me! ITV2 is going to have a generic logo.

Alternative music for BBC News

Does anyone else think that 'Sandstorm' by Darude would sound fantastic as the music for BBC News? The quieter bit which sounds slightly like the regional 'coming up' vamp would be good for the headlines, building up to the main tune for the title...

Wow - there is a remix of BBC Regional News!

We just had a trailer made by BBC North West going behind the scenes of the programme. We saw a shot behind the cameras of the studio. The main thing is the music behind it was definately a remix of the regional news theme!! I'll see if its on 2morrow after the Six.
