CITV Breakdown
There was a breakdown with the start of CITV this afternoon. The Tellytots titles started with no sound but a tone. It then went to a unusual CITV Screen saying 'Back Soon' with loads of CITV logos in the background, Except instead of the words CITV, there were other words beginning with C.
