Best EMAP Channel presentation

So then, which EMAP channel do you think has the best presentaion? I'm talking about the on-screen graphics, break bumpers, etc. You know, everything. I prefer Kiss to the rest (just a shame it's so god-damned pink!).

1/ When will be the next franchise rounds be held? I know recently all the contractors had their licences extended, does this mean we are stuck with the current crowd forever, until they decide they dont want the licence anymore?? Arrgghhh.
