Now everyone can see all 16 ITV1 regions via Sky Digital, which one do you watch the most? I have converted from Meridian Tonight to Central News at Six - Central News is the best!

Just seen that the Live Plus option on BBC News Interactive is doing something quite nice. Rageh Omaar is answering questions put by BBC News viewers by e-mail, apparently News 24 asked for questions earlier today.

First of all, the special breakfillers used in the mornings during the Asia opt-outs (the back half hours between around 5am and midday Hong Kong time) which consist of two 15 min programmes, either Asia Today, World Business Report or Asia Buisness Report.

Curiously though, it didn't have the Granada logo at the bottom, thankfully it was the new TTTV logo though
