BBC axe 2 hours of school programmes
More axed for Lunchtime politics
As predicted by myself last year, with political discussions moving to lunchtime, the BBC have axed over two hours of schools programming a week, with 370 minutes of programmes compared to 500 mins before Xmas, and around 5 hours a day when I was at school.
Still no mention of Becky Jago leaving Newsround
What's going on?
Watched the show yesterday, there was no mention of Becky Jago leaving the show to join Capital FM on Monday. But I noticed on the Newsround website that they have hired Rachel Gibson to work on the NR updates and Newsround Lite on the CBBC Channel.

As of Monday, Jan 6th we will be getting the following new idents: and also Scotland Today is getting a new look, although I think that this is a complete waste as they have a good looking studio as it is.

Same style as the Six O'clock News trailer
Just saw a trailer for BBC Breakfast - in the same style as the Six trailer, with a relaxed Dermot and Natasha talking against a white background. I wonder when the 10 O'clock News one will debut (well, it's bound to now, isn't it?).
