Should (and could) ITV regionalise again?
Should, and could, ITV create a more localised, but national service, be reinstated?
I can see a situation where both Channel and UTV become affiliates: Channel and Westcountry could link up as a "Network South-West" UTV is trickier. Again it comes down to political pressures....
