There'll be a hunt for whosoever leaked that there'd be a meeting. That's why there's been so much SocMed coverage this morning. It shouldn't have been known about.
They didn't hype anything. All they said was there would be an announcement.
It was blown out of proportion overnight by the colonials who were awake and speculating and putting 2 and 2 together, with no input from the Palace as we were all asleep.
The '3am emergency meeting' seems to be the main catalyst for speculation today. That sounds like either the impending announcement was announced at 3am, or there was a timezone confusion and 10am BST is 3am where ever reported it
