Also Saturday evening just before 22:30. Wierd, because this wasn't part of the Christmas pres package.

Last year, BBC2 played the "Snowman" ident in the middle of Janurary. It happens I suppose.

Because it was used as a winter ident as opposed to a Christmas-exclusive one.

Yeah, it was when 'we' had all that show wasn't it?

I say, 'we', when really I mean 'London', because we didn't get a flake. But we'll not go there again...

The Xmas Next Caption was on again last night before 'The Premiership'. I wonder why it keeps popping up during the night? Is it a case that when the Next captions are being made, someone is using the wrong one and not the normal one, or is it to do with the 'wrong button' being pressed or something totally else? Its just strange how they keep popping up. ITV wanted nothing to do with Xmas in 2002, and now they can't get rid of it.
If there would have been any channel that would keep playing the Xmas pres by mistake, that would be UTV, but they are well and truly over Xmas.

Well STV are still showing a Fat Friends promo with the xmas snow flakes -but i suppose they can't change that as they have axed all their promo producers !!!!.

Christmas next ident again after the itv news I have seen it now on saturday, sunday, monday and wednesday.

It always seems to be after the late itv news too. I wonder what it's about. I wouldn't mind if it were snowing like BBC 2 used their's before.

It's amazing that they didn't introduce them until christmas eve, ended showing them new years eve, and now they can't get rid of it. Wouldn't they take it off the system after christmas, and if they want to they can reinstall them next christmas.

Does nobody at ITV presentation actually bother to watch the channel and what is being played out, especially for it to happen on almost 4 consecutive days ? Clearly the automated playout has got the wrong Next animation programmed in it after the news.

Why are ITV doing announcements out of every ad break and back into the film tonight ? Do they normally do this ?
