There was a mistake on the One O'clock News today.

Darren was handing over to Nick Bryant in New York (about the US powercuts) and we saw Nick on his mobile phone saying something like'but is it coming off the back of my package or not'. He continued to listen and then suddenly put his phone down by his side and looked at the camera; then he touched his earpiece.

Darren came invision and they moved on to the next story very quickly!

Did anyone capture this?

It was very funny. Would have been better if Daren had said something like 'I see the mobile phones are still working Nick, what about the rest of the power'

The editor has probably had someone crucified on the front of TVC for that, as is her want.

And another... at 3:20 we got a capoiera ident, no announcement and then a mess up of the news titles.
