Anyone remember 'classic' Crossroads (I know, before you start, what's 'classic' about Crossroads?), when they introduced Gabrielle Drake as Nicola Freeman back in the mid 80's & they also introduced a porter type character called Mr Darby, played by Patrick Jordan.

ISTR it was alluded to on several occasions, that ' Mr Darby' knew 'Nicola Freeman' from way back.

Anyone watched the 'UFO' episode. 'The Responsibility Seat' near the end & the conversation between Lt Gay Ellis & the Russian Commander?

(Ok I know it's the same actor & actress appearing in 2 different series, but it seemed funny at the time!)

Can anyone think of other similar situations?

Patrick Jordan had been in Crossroads as late as 1980 playing a police detective. He's in one of the various different Crossroads DVD releases, but with over 20 volumes I can't remember which one. He could have arrested himself later if he was unfortunate.
