i'm not one to bang on about how fab the midlands is - but as viewers of bbc midlands and heart of the country will no doubt tell you, the modern day olympic games have their origins in much wenlock, shropshire.

The East side of the Midlands certainly IS fab... although I don't watch Heart of the Country or BBC W Midlands, at least not now I have the right region for BBC One!
