Hello,
What should I do with my old, but still working Philips OnDigital box?
Yes it is old technology, yes it is a tad sloe these days, but I feel a certain attatchment to it.
However, maybe, as I recently dumped SKY, for being too expensive. Is hould get a new dtt box. What do you "experts" think?

Well, I think you should make your own decision and the mods should lock this thread!

The digital spy " DTT" forums have some useful information (in amongst the rubbish written by idiots) on which new boxes work best.

In essence however, if the box works then don't throw it away. You could buy yourself a new one and perhaps gift the Phillips one to a friend or relation?

Keep it and use it as a second box. Most useful if you want to video something whilst watching something else.

My advice is not to buy another Philips box, you'll most likely regret it.

Why not buy another Phillips? I thought they were meant to be good. Any views on PVR DTT boxes?

Trust these people. They know. I agree, Philips is a bit of a sneaky brand. There products can pack in at anytime.

Goodmans have good support and they allow you to update their (as they branded) boxes yourself. Buy with them Smile

Also goto Digital Spy for more better info. Cool

I still have an original Philips OnDigital DTX 6370 box from 1998 - it works a treat! Very Happy
