The (old) ITV News Thread

So did So appear on the ITV NC last weekend then, or was it a false start like Anne Leuchars's first apperance was?

Sources at itn tell me a mini relauch of ITV News from this monday morning. Newish titles/colours.

Could you expand a little more?

I take it we're talking the same style titles, with blue / yellow ITV corporate colours here are we, instead of the red / blue ?

The ITV News Channel was apparantly with Jonathan Wills this afternoon. Who's that then?

And Chris Rogers has just popped up.

If they are needing freelancers and relative unknowns, I wonder why we never get Owen Thomas or Sharon Grey during daylight hours, and shove the likes of Chris Rogers overnight. (Hold on that would mean he would do the ITV Morning News so maybe a bad idea!)

Hmmm, a bit ridiculous that we have 3 ITV News threads on the front page, maybe ITV News is becoming the new News 24 threads and that we have one whenever a newsreader sneezes.

Anyway, that aside, I wanted to say how fab I think Felicity Barr is becoming. She has such a nice lively personality and is blossoming on the ITVNC, and getting a higher profile on ITV1 as well. Which is nice.

Not sure if its been mentioned but ITV News are having a mini-relaunch this Monday. New colours include blue and yellow and no red.
