I'm suprised they know whether they are coming or going at ITV News
One minute they are in the main studio, next the CSO, then both!
It does have the benefit of attracting ITV1 viewers to the News Channel though, who may be put off by News 24 as it doesn't look anything like BBC1 News

Lol, Andrew Harvey says "all that with John Suchet when we come back!"
Funny, John Suchet looks very much like Andrew Harvey!
Andrew is certainly doing a long shift tonight, whatever happened to that Anne women!
By the way, did you see that joint GMTV/ITV News trailer just then?

The shots by the screen were good but I don't think it looked good when you couldn't see John was standing in front of ther screen (i.e. it looked better when you could see some of the screens surround and some other things). The only other thing that anoyed me was the astons, you'd get a blue one then the next ine pops up and it's red/orange. The studio looked good without the desk with the picture thing overlayed too. Doesn't the studio look alot better with just the blue background instead of thre horrible purple and blue one?
EDIT: And what was that wierd version of the ITV1 logo after the weather? It was sort of thike the break bumper only the logo was bigger and "flashier" (couldn't think of a better word) and of course there were no adverts, just two trailers and an ident. Is it some sort of 'end of sombre mode' type thing?

Has anyone got any pics of the studio? I'm intrigued as to how this blue background looks! Was anything else different? Astons etc?

The blue background had sort of images like sadam and helicopters and tanks and replaced the usual purple/blue newsroom thing. I've just remebered another thing, that bit at the end where Trevor was gabaling on and all the footage was tinted blue look horrible. Almost as though my TV had broken. It would have looked better I think if there had just been a slight blue tinge around the edges or something but just a plain blue tint look wierd.

Now he's actually gone out there (but not as out there as Mark Austin has) I think my opinion of him is rising, and he makes a good double act with John Suchet

Yes, was slightly "look what I've done, aren't I great" - typifies imho a lot of what's wrong with Trevor.
