Hi, does anyone remember the name of a kids show which used to be on CiTV- It had puppets in it (a bit like the riddlers), it was set in a wasteland, there used to be a frog with a monacle over one eye, a scientist, some chinchilla creatures and an owl that used to live in a tower...

Something tell's me it may be Doc Croc in Round the Bend, but it isn't. I can vision the programme but can't remember much else about it.
