I reckon the problem with the show is that it comes across as being a bit contrived - the sheer randomness of TFI, for example going to Cedric's shop, added to its charm, but the new show is trying too hard to be random. It's as if they sat round and thought "what features could we do that are really strange?" Given some time, I reckon the show will come into its own and be worth watching, but knowing ITV it won't be allowed to find its feet before facing the axe.

Personally, I want to know what the secret snap is!

I like Chris...but this, well it's just not quite right. I really don't know what it is, but it's no TFI Friday. As someone else pointed out it appears to be TRYING to be random and it doesn't quite work on ITV. Bit like a schoolteacher trying to tell a funny joke and failing.

But I'll keep watching.

I just feel when watching this programme that I'm expecting something to happen all the time - a music act, another guest, a competition... but nothing does happen.

It's like they've taken the meat out of the sandwich; all the TFI format, but without the actual content. Whilst as quirky links they were okay as part of a bigger format, but on their own, they're just tedious and inane.

It's a great show, and I liked it. But it certainly has more potential.

An interesting situation is that the last show of the series goes out on Friday 30th December.

It's therefore called OFI Friday!

Interesting. Wouldn't that mean changing the titles, graphics and set though?

It's a shame that someone didn't have the idea of airing it from 23:30 on New Year's Eve through to new years day, at least it would be something live that is half decent.

Tonights/last nights programme wasn't that bad, the interviews could have been a bit better, but there was less time on Chris and more time on the guests, in which again there were two Bradley Walsh and Sharleen Spittari (sp?).

The highlight of the programme and most probably the series for me was most probably the hang over cure today featuring milk, orange juice, egg, tomato sauce, paracetamol, eel and an eye!
