What the F**K is the point?

I think that BBC3 has enjoy a successful first year with hits like Little Britain and 3 Non Blondes.

It's a shame Liquid News is to be dropped, its 30 minutes of pure tounge in cheek fluff.

Also was impressed with Pure Eurovision and the Fame Academy shows.

It does pumped out some crap at the same time and repeats shows far too often.

Good point, but for what's its worth and to give this thread a small shred of purpouse and debate..

GOOD
Arrow The Blob Idents
Arrow Hurcules
Arrow Seban on 60 Seconds ( Razz )
Arrow The Blob Idents
Arrow Showing Little Britain first
Arrow Celebdaq

BAD
Arrow The continuing irritant that is 3 Non Blondes
Arrow The Axing of Liquid News (& poss Celebdaq)
Arrow Not sicking Johnny Vaughan Tonight in an earlier mid-evening timeslot, then axing it
Arrow Still not commisioning a regular sharp, topical, satirial comedy show

PURE Eurovision - shurely shum mishtake????

I hope you mean the excellent LIQUID Eurovision - presented by Lorraine Kelly, with Liquid's Tim Muffet on location?

It is a real pity that Liquid is now only on at Midnight (and often a bit later) - though it has allowed them to cover post-watershed stuff in a more adult manner... (Even reading the list of the 10 most offensive words in the context of John Lydon's outburst)

Would be nice if you could contribute something yourself? You can't just open up a thread without contributing anything yourself.

Appeal to a mod: Can we close this thread down... there is no point in it.

There is no point in having BBC Three either, but that hasn't been closed down.

Indeed. Shall we start a campaign to bring back "The Recommeneded Daily Allowance" then . . . ? (For those
that can't remember, The RDA was a topical but irreverent nightly comedy show presented by John Gordillo.
It was shown late nights (around 23:00) on BBC THREE, back when it was still called BBC CHOICE.
