Ofcom revoke Licences

Ofcom has revoked four TV broadcast licences owned by Bang Channels Limited and Bang Media (London) Limited following serious and repeated breaches of the Broadcasting Code.

TLCS-933 (Tease Me),
TLCS-1015 (Tease Me 2)
and TLCS-1231 (Tease Me 3).

DTPS-078 (Tease Me TV)

Closed immediately by Ofcom

So why is Tease Me TV 2 still broadcasting on Sky 902 then?

Hardly. They have closed down 4 channels which most people have probably never heard of and even fewer have seen whilst letting ITV get away with breaking their licence conditions and even going as far as changing them to help ITV out. This is the easy Daily Mail pleasing option.

902 is rented from Playboy TV apparently; don't know if that has any effect on it. Of the 5 streams on their website, only one is working at the moment.

Yes, but Bang Media have been repeated appearing on the fortnightly 'slap wrists' tick sheet from OFCOM for a couple of years now - so finally, the plug has been pulled.

I know OFCOM only work to legislation that they are given, but if you are found in serious breach of your licence, then they should be able to pull the plug pretty much instantly, and the names of those involved (at director level) should be blacklisted from ever applying, owning or operating a broadcasting licence ever again.

Based on conjecture on another forum, Bang Media has an outstanding fine to pay, and once notified of this fine, decided to go out (ahem) with a bang, so more "accidents" happened between the fine and revocation.

You could say that the Bang channel is now f*cked.
