Hammering another nail in the coffin - as OFCOM have stated the value of the spectrum is £35m a year, Grade is saying he's going to cap PSB spending at £35m.

does that only value the English PSB? at £35million or is that the whole lot including Scotland?

if that is the case then how can that be! Confused
