So, ITV fined £220,000 for not producing enough outside of London. Wonder how long it'll take before that commitment is lobbied enough to be dropped?

Who are these people who complain to Ofcom about petty little things? It's this sort of compulsive behaviour that prompts Channel 4 to make edits to The Simpsons and other broadcasters with other shows. Never mind self-regulation, more self-strangulation caused by the viewers giving the broadcasters enough rope with which to hang themselves.
