Customers in ex-C&W areas have had TV Travel Shop2 and bid-up.tv for several months, and Shop! was part of the basic package when I first got NTL in September 2000. Aren't we lucky?
We have had Boomerang/Cartoon Network +1/TV Travel Shop 2/Extreme Sports Channel/Hallmark/Bid.up TV ever since Rapture closed in the Ex CWC area here-still no interactive/text/volume though

Talking about 'bid up' - I can't see how they expect people to watch the channel - you'd have to watch it all day to find something that you want and even then that woman whos on it 24/7 would probably have you channel hopping within minutes... bid up.tv is the worst channel I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of watching! Lol!

One main thing about Bid-up Tv is it only has one graphic, and it is used every 5 minutes, everytime they've auctioned something.
