Will its that time of year again, there is no special Break bumpers this year for ITV or STV.

That was a shock for the best Drama:

And the very first award went to:

Don't think you need spoiler tags, if you weren't watching live you'd have to be daft to enter the thread in the first place.

They are brave letting Danny Dyer on live TV before 9pm

Ken Dodd mucked up the nominations by reading out Mrs Brown's Boys over a clip from Orange is the New Black, along with being very confused about the whole thing.

Don't kid yourself, he still sharp as pin, He may be 89, but he's still working, all over the UK.

Probably not suited to something as tightly scripted and timed as reading out nominations though, no room for adlibs when you've got fixed length clips playing.

Piers Morgan's been gagged!

Brendan made light of it by saying how happy he was to be nominated twice in the same category. It seemed that it went over Ken's head. As nice as it is to see him again on primetime television, it begs the question if having him here was a great idea. Then again, they're keeping the special recognition award a secret tonight...

I'll be surprised if it is Ken, apart from two shows for LWT in he not been on telly that much since the 1970s. He can still give you 5 hour of pleasure at a theater, this has been prove time and time again even just of late.

A very well deserved award.

Good to see Emmerdale winning best soap for the first time.

Also based on the attendees at the NTAs, I guess it'll be Jon Kay and Steph McGovern keeping the sofa warm at 6 tomorrow.
