Incidentally, it might be worth the mods getting in touch with his ISP to see if they can have his line pulled for repeated abuse.

Good idea. He keeps getting banned, and just won't take a hint. It might be the only option. It was a similar situation that finally took Lee Bedwood off the internet.

As we've said, the only real option is to contact his ISP. I can't see hime going away until that happens.
