That's what happened to BBC Online in September.

I'm running on a quad-ADSL at college and I cannot load ITN or CNN - the others are loading but slowly - i dread to think what 56K users are getting.
Anyway getting back to the topic, it seems from reports that plane came down as a result of engine failure with no links to terrorist activity. Let's hope that's the case. 255 reported on board (246 passengers, 9 crew).

CNN Europe reporting there are two crash sites - one for the fuslage and one for the engine which apparently became detached from the craft shortly after takeoff. What's the time in NY? I think it's 10.23am?
