Yes, its the same image on TV Ark I think - I captured them for all the sites.

Anyway, yes Gordon announced it on North West Tonight, and Martin Henfield on the late.

BTW, what a good show tonight. Gordon is presenting from the soft set, with the Jubilee news, and Martin is at the desk with the other news! I'll upload some screengrabs if I can later on.

That studio is massive! Miles bigger than the tiny one they used to have in the purple era. I think I'll email them and ask them to promote Sally Nugent to copresenter.

Yeah, I was amazed at the size! Its almost as big as Wales Today's studio! I tell you, that studio is far under-used - they should use that soft area for the sport each night.

I agree with you about Sally - it definitely needs 2 presenters, and I think Sally fits the bill.

I think there is 2 studios as when they had a webcam on the north west today site they had studio 1 and 2

I know they have the one shown above, and a self-opt one which is now only used for Breakfast. It is where the presenter sits in a 'broom cupboard' (very small studio) and then push the buttons themself!
