I have to say they would all be better off showing Shortland Street than local cookery programmes and what not! I watched SS on Carlton today and it was good!

But if Yorkshire didn't show it's cookery shows what would Susan Brookes do? Very Happy

Indeed, but so far this winter, there isn't one lined up, she's apparantly featuring in Getaway on Thursdays at 7.30 though in a non-cookery way.

Just like Pam Royle on Tyne Tees, the same keeps happening to Gaynor Barnes on Yorkshire, her programmes keep being axed, leaving her to make occasional apperances in the Calendar East broomcupboard.

Maybe Pam Royle will present Tyne Tees's version of The Big Story?

Well they could have SS Mon-Wed and shove Susan Brooks on a Thursday.

Btw does anyone remember a programme called Eat Yourself Slim with Rosemary Connolly that was shown in some regions a few years go?

Tyne Tees' version of the big story is to be presented by Mirror columnist Carole Malone -- I think she is from Ashington or somewhere nearby!
