Far too many to mention, if you consider everything that's available on platforms such as satellite, both on and off the EPG.

A few Asian channels perhaps. I'm not sure how many are based in the UK but I thing there is a few low budget ones.

Please don't create threads just for the sake of it. I'm sure if there's any presentation related discussion to be had on one of these channels someone will create a thread which at least begins with their thoughts/opinion/screen-caps.
