I only really liked Winning Lines and Who Dares Wins. That one last year with Shane Ritchie and the husband/wife pairings (Win Your Wish List) was horrifically bad.
Going way off topic but Jetset and Winning Lines had the advantage of linking in to the lottery draw themselves - the former used the numbers, the second might not have done but the format of selecting 6 from 49 was the crux of the show. Nowadays they are just quizzes with the lottery inserted where Challenge will probably take a break for the repeat run.
Getting vaguely back on topic and it's no secret the BBC have long been missing a light entertainment show on Saturday nights purely for entertainment. Graham Norton's show bombed, and wasn't Michael McIntyre going to do one at one time which went nowhere. Indeed his Christmas show was one of many that took the idea of the door for guests arriving and worked it into the show.
I can't ever see Noel bringing this back even just for a one off anniversary special, certainly not on the BBC anyway, he's made his feelings crystal clear about them in recent years!
I can't imagine how it could be "bad set design" - it's one thing accidentally leaving the maker's name on a telly that is part of the set, those logos are definitely there deliberately.
Either some form of product placement or sponsorship most likely.

It would be a nice touch to have a Noel's House Party special to reopen TC1.
It might have happened a few years ago when he did that one-off lottery special (which even had an NTV revival!) but Noel has not only cut ties with the BBC in recent years (what with the whole "I'm not paying the licence fee" business and that weird affair where he tried to buy it) but has made it pretty clear he's moved on. Has he done anything for Sky recently or did that rant on Noel's HQ kill that off too?
Those international versions: the set of the Danish one is pretty much identical save for the colouring. The Dutch one seems to have taken a few liberties with the format later in the clip ("DE BEL!). And the interesting thing about the German one is that the titles look incredibly similar to the 1994 UK titles, which makes me wonder if they were created by the same people.
I do remember how negative the show's reputation had become when it ended and you can see Noel recognise this when he said "I hope your memories will be kind to us" at the end of the last edition. It was real shame given how good it had been when it started out. Thankfully the passage of time and loads of full episodes appearing on You Tube have restored that reputation somewhat.
When Noel's having a go at the BBC or doing anything publically he's usually trying publicise some project or another the licence fee thing was Noel's HQ and remember the time he met his internet troll? That seemed to be losely related to his wish fulfilment website 'I wanna meet'. Noel also claimed in the past he didn't want to do any Celebrity Deal or No Deal's which he later did.
