Members of the public will be surprised to play DOND within the next few weeks. We know this must happen before Halloween as they are currently airing shows 2 weeks ahead of when they were originally planning to. I imagine they'll be 'Heroes Special' kinda like the Deal or no Deal Xmas Stars from a couple of Christmases gone by.

Here is the interview in bad quality, but you get the idea.

Apparently Christmas presents will be relaunched in a new form, next year. My guess in short viral online clips, like the Alan Partridge and Vic and Bob comedy clips.

Why has Noel Edmonds not aged a day since 1991? Does he know something we don't?

He probably has a fair amount more cash than anybody on here. His hair has regressed back to the state you can see on TotP1976.

Well crucially he might not have aged, but that doesn't mean he didn't look older than his years at the time. Laughing

So where will Noel take his Christmas Presents next year? C4?

I'm taking it he's totally fallen out of favour at Sky One then now?

Hopefully he wont go crawling back to the BBC, because we all know what that means, and pink and yellow are not good colours.

I don't think things have been the same eversince his Noel's HQ outburst, and its subsequent removal from repeat broadcast. But he stated in that interview that Christmas Presents was the highest rating digital programme ever, which is either pure spin from him or an indication he thinks he can take it to a bigger channel.

Well presumably it was a year by year contract for Christmas Presents for Noel and Sky, so if Sky didn't want him to do it this year I guess they wouldn't of let him, there can't be that much bad blood.

From what he said, it sounds like it'll be taking a different form, so from that short internet clips may be the way it goes something like 'Noel's Christmas Presents Advent Calender' with a different surprise everyday in the run up to Christmas.

However if it does go to a different channel, I think Channel 5 would be where it ends up, it's not the type of commission I'd imagine the BBC and Channel 4 would make.

Except, that's going out this year and Christmas Presents isn't a new show. Rolling Eyes

Either he's making it up or he's been misinformed.

Its production company says it got a million viewers: http://www.twofourbroadcast.com/archives/327 The following figures all from Wikipedia:
ITV2's highest is 2.5 million in 2008
BBC3 reached over 4 million for the Eastenders live episode followup in 2010.
E4 got 3.7 million for The Inbetweeners in 2010

It's not even the most rated Sky 1 programme, which was an episode of friends in 2000 with 2.8 million
