So the viewers can win ÃÂ£6th in prizes but do the winners of the show (if any make the top of the mountain) get anything?

Kudos, most probably.

Considering that only 3 people have defeated the final stage in Sasuke, becoming a Ninja Warrior is an achievement in itself.

Possibly an invite to take part in Sasuke in Japan - that's the prize in the US. The Japanese original has no prize except for prestige and bragging rights.
