I notice that there's a new Not The Nine O Clock News DVD out in the shops. Has anyone got it, and is it any different to the videos which were released in the mid 90's?

I bought it at the end of August for £12.99 and it is the same as the Kinda Lingers one, but just on DVD, but there's no features on it except subtitles. Though I hope they release Nice Video shame about the Hedgehog as that is the funnier one, especially the We Like Trucking song.

I bought the HIGNFY DVD in Tescos the other day and it is a very funny DVD. Boris was brilliant, as was Bruce Forsyth. Laughing

The extra bits with interviews with William Hague, Brucie and Paul & Ian were good too!

This year's HIGNFY DVD is not a patch on last years which featured a 3 hour compliation of best bits from 1990-2002 and that excludes the usual additional extras!

As for this year's I'm not sure why they had the Boris Johnson episode on one DVD and then an extended Boris Johnson episode on the second DVD.

I want a full release of all Not The Nine O'Clock News eps (the originals, not the re-edited best of episodes, shown on the most recent repeat transmissions).
