Renford Rejects was a Nick UK Production. 1998-2001.
Blue's Clues was remade for the UK market. It was definitely aired on Nickelodeon (possibly as part of Nick Jr before it was spun off onto its own channel) but I can't be sure whether it was a Nickelodeon UK production.
Genie is a UK Production which was co-produced with a French network and apparently shot at Elstree, but is now no longer made. Films may be forthcoming.
Summer is made by Foundation TV, which is part of RDF Media. Far as I'm aware it's purely a UK production.
CITV recommissioned Tricky TV, and also bought back Emu, as in the late Rod Hull's puppet. Except the first series was filmed in Ireland and the second in Australia. Probably safe to say the new puppet isn't UK made but then neither was the original one. In fact the only thing that's UK about it is the presence of Toby Hull.

I haven't watched Nickelodeon UK since i was a kid in the early to mid 90s, but did they ever have their own actual shows on the UK version?

Nickelodeon seem to show a few British Production such as Genie in the house & Summer In Transylvania. I don't know how these work, they seem to be British Productions, but unsure if they have any outside funding invested into them.

Nickelodeon seem to be investing in new UK content, a lot more than Disney, and even more than CITV seem to be. I see that CITV have the cool stuff collective, and that's about the only new UK production I can see.
