7 Australia's theme is a version of the NBC Nightly News theme, only 'spiced' up a little. The end effect is actually quite good. The NBC version currently in use is gradually sounding more dated and dull, so they might pick up the 7 version once Tom Brokaw retires...
Why are Australian broadcasters totally unoriginal in their news?!
CNBC have some fantastic music, any clean versions that I haven't already got are very much wanted. It's just fantastic.
And I'm still after the Sky Sports News music... come on you Sky people, you're dying to give it away, aren't you?

Buzz, where's this Channel 7 News theme? I've always liked Australian idents, but have never actually seen 7 News. 'National Nine News', and Eight for that matter, look and sound awful.
I have a copy of it, but wont be able to get it till I get back home, which wont be for another month!!
