News Room South East Changes to South East Today from Next Monday.

I don't think the new London (and home counties) programme (name to be confirmed!) starts until October. I wonder though if they'll start using BBC ONE London clocks and idents when Kent departs.

So will the London programme still be called Newsroom South East with the same titles, or will they be edited to just show the London area? What will they do?

Only I was very much under the impression from several sources that it wasn't likely to be for another month or so.  

The London version changing to 'South East Today' albeit whilst still being broadcast everywhere, doesn't make sense, because the Kent/Sussex version is supposed to be called 'South East Today'.

Looking forward to it though..

They didn't bother updating the titles when Oxfordshire left, so I highly doubt they'll change theml this time.

And yes, I thought South East Today was starting on 3rd September.

R u sure about the launch date. AFAIK it's still September for South East Today. Most of the team have been off on holiday in preparation for it

Been talking to my mates in TW and it's still beginning of September for launch of South East Today.
