I now I have posted this several times but I'm just finding it weird that there was loads of speculation last month from websites about a 'huge' EPG reshuffle on Sky but there has been bugger all since then. Any news or rumours from you folks?
The only confirmed move is Music Choice - moving to 498/499 on the 31st of March.
To be honest I think that's all that's happening - last year when the Entertainment section was reshuffled, most channels were announcing the reshuffle several weeks before it occured.
As I understand it, the software updates to allow for the re-shuffle only START to go out next Monday (14th) for SOME box makes.
Once ALL box makes have been updated, without any errors being found in the software, then the re-shuffle can commence.
I would have THOUGHT about a month for the software updates, then the rest of the action.
I can't understand, however, why anyone would get so excited about having to remember a different set of channel numbers for the favourites they watch.
I'm FAR more interested in feature improvements like being able to switch subtitles on and off with one button and the banishment of the red blob from all my recordings.
