I'm worried about her weight you know - she wants to eat more. She's like a stick insect these days.....
You obviously haven't seen ITV's Romilly Weeks. She is painfully thin!

Yes - he's the one!!!
Who employed him?
I don't like being nasty to people, and I'm sure he must be talented at something, it's just that newsreading is not it!
Agreed, he's the worst to have ever graced a newsdesk.

Yes, it is very noticeable, especially with Romilly being rather tall!

I agree 100%.
She is the combination of every factor of TV news I hate. Cheesy grin, toothy smile, silly voice, flicking hair, walking about, moving hands, incessant nodding, weak questions, dreadful attempts at humour, useless links... the list goes on.
I'm sure she's a lovely person, and I hope to god she doesn't read this, but bloody hell... SIT STILL!

Felicity Barr - popular among some on here but I can't think why

Just about every newscaster I can think of has been mentioned in this thread somewhere along the line - so I guess there is a fair chance at least one of them will have read about themselves!
As to Felicity Barr I think she is good at breakfast time - and certainly makes a change from the two presenter output elsewhere at that time.

Can anyone tell me what the Chris Rogers thing is all about? I can't stand watching him. Why has he suddenly become SO the In person on the News Channel. At this rate ITV News will have him doing network News At When?? Heaven Help Us

Philippa Thomas and John Sopel together on BBC News 24.
I have never, ever seen such a bad combination of presenters.
There was a classic moment a few weeks ago, and for some reason the countdown cut to the wide shot of the desk a couple of seconds early, and they both jumped out of their skin!!
Plus Philippa speaks in such a quiet and muted voice, she's barely audible. As much as I think Phil Hayton is a bit of a hooray henry, at least you can hear his big loud voice - as posh as it may be.
